1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using NexMenu, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use the service.
2. Use of the service
NexMenu grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your restaurant business. You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
3. Accounts and registration
To use certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Payment and billing
Some features of NexMenu require payment. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. All fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for paying. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable.
5. Intellectual property
NexMenu and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of 2NEX.TECH. You retain ownership of any content you upload to the platform, and grant us a license to use it solely for the purpose of providing the service.
6. Limitation of liability
In no event shall NexMenu, 2NEX.TECH, or its directors, employees, partners, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
8. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
